My Apple or Android device will not communicate to my NDE lock

After all basic troubleshooting and you still cannot connect to a lock, you should ask if they have any devices that may be interfering. We found an issue with Apple Watch trying to sync to the same phone that we had trying to communicate to the NDE. This caused it to stop communicating via Bluetooth.

Also look for any other BLE devices trying to interface with the device you are trying to connect to a lock.
