My app works but I have no power to the keypad.

If your lock’s keypad is not illuminating, but you’re still able to communicate to the lock using the app that the lock is paired with, then you may be experiencing power related issues with the keypad. 

 

  • Try replacing the batteries and check for corrosion. Although the lock may function properly through the app, you want to ensure the issue is not battery related. Please be sure to use alkaline batteries only, as lithium batteries and rechargeable batteries may not work. 
  • Be sure to check the internal wire that routes through the door to ensure the wire has not become disconnected from the interior assembly. If it seems to still be connected, disconnect/reconnect the wire. 
  • Try performing a factory reset on the lock. Steps for a factory reset are included in the links below:
