If your history is not showing up in the Schlage Home app here are a couple things to check to make sure you are signed in to the correct account that the lock is linked to. Recommendation: Sign out and sign in to verify.

If your lock is showing up and all other features are functional but the history is blank, check to make sure there aren’t any updates for the Schlage Home app and that the lock's firmware is also up to date. If all of those are up to date, then the lock will need to be deleted, reset and set up again.
If your lock is not showing up at all, then it is either under a different account or you will need to reset and set up again.
Schlage Sense Smart Deadbolt
For this lock to give you accurate history, you will need to link with a Schlage Sense WiFi Adapter or supported Apple hub.
If you have one of those devices, make sure it is online and working. Otherwise the lock will only work in Bluetooth range and will not update history until you are within Bluetooth range.
If both the lock and adapter are linked and showing online but the history is still not showing up, make sure the app is up to date and the adapter and lock are using the latest firmware. If those are all up to date, the device will need to be deleted, reset and set up again.
