When any device is deleted from an Engage site, it will also need to be Factory Defaulted (Reset) before it can be commissioned back into Engage.
If you are using the MT20W Enrollment Reader, there should have been a Reset card included in the box.
The reset card order number is: CE-000-040
Use this card to Reset the reader and then it should appear to re-commission.

After resetting the MT20W, you can Re-Commission it back to your Engage account.
