Mobile credential does not work on one lock.

First make sure you have given access to the door in question.

If access is correct, follow these steps:

1. Go to Engage portal (portal.allegionengage.com), log in.

2. Hover over Devices at the top of the screen and click on devices.

3. Click on the name of the lock that is not working.

4. Click on the edit (paper and pencil icon) 

5. Click on the mobile credentials tab, and make the mobile credential is ON.

6. Click Save.

7. Do a long press of the SYNC to the lock with your Engage Mobile app.
