Lock keypad not lighting up

There are a few steps you can try on your own to see if the keypad will resume normal function, and if they don't work you can reach out to our warranty claim department so they can try to emulate those steps with you and - if needed, replace the lock. The steps are as follows;

  • Replace the current batteries with new, Duracell batteries.
  • Disconnect keypad wire (connecting inside and outside halves of locks) for 20 seconds, then reconnect and reinstall.
  • Follow instructions for factory default reset according to your model number.
