4. Check reader settings in Engage to make sure the proper technology is selected to the card/fob being used.
5. Download the audits from the lock. Check the audits.
6. Try to FDR and delete in engage then re-add and commission.
7. If it is still failing it could be a bad ribbon cable. We can try to replace the ribbon cable.
8. The last resort will be to replace the lock.
