Latch sticking on the Falcon 19 R device when testing operation without trim installed.

Trim must be installed to properly test the device.

The trim for the 19 series has a stop built into it to prevent the trim tailpiece/actuator from over rotating the device's main cam and causing the latchbolt to bind.

A screwdriver has no hard stop so you can over rotate the main cam causing the latchbolt to bind.  In short,  the device should not be tested using a screwdriver.
