Go to the Pure Access Cloud login page at https://app.pureaccess.com, enter your web access email address and click ‘Continue’. Click ‘Forgot Password’ and follow the workflow for resetting the password.
Pure access cloud can sometimes have issues sending password resets emails due to browser cache settings. If you do not receive the password reset email please open an incognito browsing session and request the password reset from this incognito session. Note that if you were not getting password reset emails due to browser cache, you will also need to copy the URL from the password reset email and paste into the incognito session address bar to set the new password.
