1. For Pure Access Cloud tenants that have only legacy Isonas devices, the credential facility code is not included in the enrolled credential data (except when the 26 Bit With Facility Code bitmask is utilized) and a record of the facility code is not maintained.
When the 26 Bit With Facility Code bitmask is used, the facility code is utilized in creating the enrolled badge ID. However, note that when this bitmask setting is used, presentation enrollment is required and the enrolled badge ID will NOT match the hot stamp on the physical credential unless the credentials were ordered so that the hotstamp includes the facility code. Note that when this bitmask setting is utilized, a record of the facility code is still not maintained in the software.
2. Facility code data is maintained in Pure Access Cloud for credentials enrolled in Engage linked tenants. This is due to the facility code being a requirement for credential enrollment with Schlage devices. In these tenants, the facility code, format and badge ID for a credential can be found by:
- Navigating to the users menu
- Clicking the three vertical dots under the "Actions" heading for a user
- Clicking "Manage Credentials"
- Clicking the Pencil icon for a specific credential
