You can create a custom rule utilizing the "IF A user's card is accepted" and “THEN Send an email to a specified person” conditions that will generate an email notification when a credential is approved at an access point.

Note that "functionality requires an active connection to the Pure Access software. If an ISONAS device is offline or disconnected, custom rules associated with this device will not be triggered".
