Is there a different PA shoe required when installing a 4050 Delay cylinder in a parallel arm mount?

The old obsolete LCN 4050 delay closer required a different PA shoe which was over an inch longer than the standard PA shoe and is stamped with a DA.   This was required for the Delay feature to function properly when mounted parallel arm with either the standard regular or hold open arm.

This old obsolete delay PA shoe was a part # of a 4050-62DAPA and had a 4050 and DA stamped on backside of the shoe.

Please NOTE:  The current 4050A with Delay cylinder uses the standard 62PA shoe for both 4050A standard and Delay cylinders.
