This is not a recommended application as the electric strike does not have the same holding force as the XP98/99 rim exit device. Typically the XP device will withstand a higher force than electric strikes.
If the XP device used in this applicaiton is specified for security, please contact Allegion product support or your local sales office to determine the proper solution for the opening.
Physically, the XP99 and 6111 electric strike will operate together.
