Is the L0170 available in the L escutcheon?
- L0170 L escutcheon is standard offering (ONLY for use on metal door).
- L0170 L escutcheon is not acceptable for use on wood door due to the following:
- The mounting plate must sit on a "diamond" and not on a "square" (see Figure 1) to mount the lock on a wood door. Due to the narrow size of the L escutcheon you cannot fit the mounting plate underneath for proper installation.
