Is the ALX offered with RX?

The RX switch is not offered for the ALX at this time as a standard offering. 



You can though install an RX switch on the ALX by utilizing the RX kit from the PC series.

  • RX Kit 48260577 can be ordered as a separate item
  • ALX locks used with the RX need chassis spacers on doors less that 1-5/8" thick. 
    • 48241041: 1-3/8" to < 1- 1/2" thick doors- uses two 3/16" thick spacer, one each side
    • 48241042: 1-1/2" to < 1-5/8" thick doors- uses two 1/8" thick spacers, one each side
    • Spacers available in 622 & 626 only 
  • RX used on ALX will template the same as the PC- see here for template. 
  • RX used on ALX will install the same way as the PC- see here for instructions.
