In the Engage portal changed the expiration date to a further date out but the fobs are still not working.

When you need to change the expiration dates for a user, you cannot just change the user’s expiration, you also must change the Access expiration dates as well. 

Need to go to the user, then click on assign access and change the expiration dates.

Save, then you will have to either update the fobs (if using an MT20W), you will also have sync to the doors using the Mapp, so they know the fobs dates were updated.
