In Pure Access Cloud history report date does not go back far enough

There are a few potential reasons for this:

1. History data for Pure Access Cloud tenants is retained for 2 years.  If the data you are looking to obtain is from over 2 years ago it will not be accessible.

2. The report function has a maximum output limit of 100,000 events.  If the generated report has met that limitation, you will need to export the desired date range in numerous reports.

   Example: If the desired range is 9/1/23 through 8/31/25 but the generated report hits 100,000 entries, break the report up into smaller date ranges.  

            For instance, try 9/1/23 - 8/31/24 and 9/1/24 - 8/31/25 and adjust accordingly based upon the number of entries generated in each report.
