The orange “!” indicator means there was a programming change that affected the device.
On the control lock, the only way to clear the “!” indicator is to sync with the door with the Engage app.
We recommend at least once a year go and update or sync to all the control locks.
This will pull the audits off the door and the orange “!” indicator will clear.
You can also be proactive and run an audit on your Battery levels (“Battery Audits”) and make sure none of your control locks are getting close to running out of power (4.7 volts or lower need to replace ASAP).
If your locks are synced and you still see the “!”, check the firmware version of the lock, the firmware might need an update.
