In Engage we are not able to pull up audits for all devices using a specific user.

If you filter Devices, you should see activity for that device and if you filter User, you should see that Users activity.

If your locks are not set to get overnight updates via Wi-Fi, you may not see audits until all devices are connected to with phone App and Sync'd.
