If power goes out will my L9090, L9091, L9092, L9093, L9094, L9095 EL remain locked?

In the event of a power failure, the EL opening will change state from locked to unlocked. This is due to a large capacitor within the lock.  The capacitor always charges up before the motor/driver circuit locks the door. If power were to go out and is then not detected by the electronics within the lock, the power stored in the capacitor will energize the motor/driver circuit to unlock the door.
