I just got a new phone and now my lock won't show up as connected. What should I do?

If you recently got a new phone and transferred all of your apps but now your locks are not responding, you will need to delete the Schlage app, then reinstall it and sign back in to the app. Your locks should start working again once you log back into your Schlage profile.
