I have no access to the handreader menu's; how do I find the handreader's address?

At the "ready" (for Handkey models) or "Enter ID" (for Handpunch models) prompt on the display,
press the 'No' button 10 times - you should see the reader's serial number on the 10th time;
press the 'Yes' button 3 times - you will see three numbers: the last number you see, is the reader's current address setting
keep hitting 'clear' to exit
