I have an Apple TV Gen 3 and when I try to lock my Schlage Sense deadbolt remotely, Siri tells me the door is locked, but the deadbolt never moved. What do I do?

Please unplug your Apple TV Gen 3, then plug it back in and try to control your Schlage Sense deadbolt remotely once again.  You may have to wait a few minutes after applying power to the Apple TV before trying again.

 

Tip: You can turn off Bluetooth on your mobile device to simulate connecting remotely to your Schlage Sense deadbolt.
