I can hear the motor of my Schlage deadbolt, but the bolt doesn't move.

Resolution:

Issue: The bolt will not move using the motor, only by using the thumbturn or key. You can hear the motor.

Environment:

New installation
The door is open
The lock has power
You can hear the motor running after pressing the outside Schlage button.

Resolution:
Reset your Devices motor and perform a Factory Default Reset to complete the setup.
