I am in range of my lock, but the app does not appear to interact with the lock correctly. What should I do?

First, ensure the Bluetooth of your iOS device is turned on. Second, ensure batteries are working properly in your lock by unplugging the battery pack and reconnecting the battery pack. If the batteries are working properly, you should see two blinks on the inside lock body after reapplying batteries to the lock. If that is not the issue, try restarting your iOS device, then reentering the app after your iOS device restarts. If none of these steps are accurate, please call Schlage Customer Support to determine the next troubleshooting steps or possible warranty replacement.
