HP Ipaq 210 and error messages

When getting error message of "port not found" in the express software , check com port setting under the configuration tab in ceuplink on the pda and in top left corner the com port should say 1.
 
If it only shows 3 and 7 then the card is not installed or not in all the way.  The card will have a serial pigtail on it.
