How will a Schlage ANT400-REM optional remote antenna improve my installation?

Use a Schlage optional remote antenna when the PIM400 or WRI400 is in a small room or around a corner from the other device radios you need to LINK (AD400/AD401/WRI400). The fifteen foot coax cable allows the remote antenna to be around a corner, higher, or on a different side of a wall than the PIM400/WRI400. Always obey fire codes with running wires through walls.

 

Use an ANT400-REM-I/O when the PIM400/PIM401/WRI400 is located in a central mounting location and extra height is needed for the antenna to be above metal cabinets or objects.

Use an ANT400-REM-I/O+6dB for pointing directly at an PIM400/PIM401/WRI400 or gate kit, that is farther than 200 feet inside, or though a difficult walls.

Use an ANT400-REM-HALL in the middle and center of a dorm hallway with AD400s/AD401/WRI400 on both ends of the hall.
