The Falcon M series lever trim was attached using a hex screw (42) to hold the lever (13) in place. The rose and the escutcheon were held in place with a threaded collar (2) that threaded onto the inner Insert (7). The the inner insert was attached to the outside lever assembly with two screws.
Too remove the lever trim, you first had to remove the lever hex screw, pull the lever oof, then unthread the collar and remove the rose or escutcheon. Then you could access the two mounting screws (38) holding the lever assemblies together.
