How to update a Wi-Fi lock commissioned to Pure Access Cloud outside of its Wi-Fi check-in schedule?

There are two ways to accomplish this:

 

1. Engage Mobile App

- Pair with the device
- Navigate to Settings > General - click  "Update from Server"

2.Force Check-In credential

-Add the "Force Check-In" special property to a credential.

- On approval of that credential, the device will call out over WiFi

Note: After enabling the special property on the credential, the lock will need to be sync'd before the property will function.
