How to submit a request for a Schlage special?

The RFQ form can only be submitted by Allegion sales representatives or Allegion account distributors.  All others should contact their Allegion sales representative.

An RFQ form allows you to submit a request for a Schlage product not available in the current pricebook. 

Examples of these products include:

  • Products which at one time were offered for sale by Schlage but are no longer available in the current price book.
  • Finishes not listed as standard for a product in the price book.
  • “True” custom products, which are new variations on current or past products.
  • Custom logo requests.

For requests, complete and return the RFQ form.   Schlage products ONLY may be requested through this process. 

Process Highlights:
  • Upon receipt the Innovation Center Product Request Form coordinator will assign an RFQ#, review, and clarify the request as needed
  • Within 5-working days your request will be either denied or approved
