When a Toggle credential is used at an access point, the access point will unlock and remain unlocked until certain conditions are met. To return a door to normal:
i. Present the toggle credential to the access point again.
ii. Send the access point a “Schedule” command using the web software.
iii. Isonas Branded devices only: In “Settings” > “Global settings”, set the “Relock time” to a time at the end of the day. At this time, all toggled access points will return to normal scheduled state.
iv. Using a Custom Rule setup in the software. Note: We do not recommend using Custom Rules as they are host based and require the devices to be currently online in Pure Access or Zentra in order for the custom rule to function.
