How to resolve an expired user in Engage?

It’s key to catch the expiration date before it expires. If the user has already expired, the door access is blocked and denied. To clear this issue:

  1. Retrieve the expired credential/fob from the user. Extend the expiration date, delete the credential/fob from the user and then re-enroll the same credential/fob assign access and update via no tour.
  2. If unable to retrieve the expired credential/fob, unassign all the doors that were assigned to user, and sync to all the doors effected. Then reassign the same doors and sync to the doors one more time. This will clear the denied access at the door.
