How to request a custom arch door special for an LCN closer?

  • Send request for Arch Door specials Forms and Informational sheets; Arch Door Request Form and Dimensional Sheet with Examples to [email protected]. 
  • Send Completed Forms (Arch Door Special Request Form/Arch Door Dimensional Sheet), Picture of the opening from the push side, CAD file if possible, and any other pertinent details to [email protected] for review and we will clarify the request as needed. 
  • Your request will be assigned a Case # and this Case # should be referenced in all correspondences going forward that pertain to this request.   Within 5-10 business days, upon receiving all the completed information of the opening, your request will either be denied, approved, or require more information on arch opening such as a complete full-size template of the opening. 
    • If denied, you will be provided with explanation. 
    • If approved, you will be given a LAYOUT # and estimated timing on when you will be provided with: How To Order, PDF of custom plates (for your approval), and list add on cost for Special. (General List prices may be provided before this point.)  PLEASE NOTE: These Custom Specials are Subject to Longer Lead-times and Must be ordered thru an Allegion Distributor, who will provide Final Pricing and Leadtime.  
    • If we require a Full-Size Templates of Arch Opening, they should be sent to the below address for review, and we will clarify as needed.

Once an order is placed for a Custom Arch Door Special – you cannot Cancel, Change, or Return product.
