How to replace a bad lock with a new one in the Engage platform?

Using the Engage phone app, first delete the current lock name.

To delete: 

On an iOS device, go to the Device list, find the lock name and left swipe to Delete.

On an Android device, go to the Device list and select the lock name and hold, then press the Trashcan icon to delete.

 Once deleted, you can Commission your new lock using the same Lock name.

After the new lock has been commissioned, you will have to add User Access and finally update the lock with the SYNC option on the Engage phone app.
