Step 1 We need the Proxalator software if user does not have 4.1.0 version of the software
Step 2 Need to acquired the right information to use in Proxalator software (Bit format, Facility code, Hot stamp)
Step 3 - If information is not available, need to get the info from Sales order number that appears in the card
P(Prox) 26A(Bit) 14061(Sales Order #) 04153(hotstamp)
Step 4 Test system, if reader shows two fast Red blinks, it means wrong information programmed, need to check and input right information and program again
