How to I operate the 1-Touch locking feature?

1-Touch locking allows you to lock your door without using a code, simply by pressing the Schlage logo button on the Schlage Sense Smart Deadbolt or the Lock symbol on the Schlage Encode Smart WiFi Deadbolt. You can control 1-Touch locking via the Schlage Home app.

To change the settings:

  • Start by opening up your Schlage Home app.
  • Select the gear icon to open settings.
  • Then press the on the 1-Touch locking option.
  • When the tab is over to the right and is blue, 1-Touch locking is active. Press the screen again and the tab will slide over to disable or enable this feature.
