You will have to retrieve the audits from the lock to be able to view the history in Audits.
To retrieve audits using the Engage mobile app:
1. While near the device you want the audits from, open the Devices screen on your Engage mobile app.
2. Select the device from which you want to gather audits, and then click Sync.
Once you see the Sync complete message, you can then click on More, then Audits.
Note: Device Activity is the default Audit Screen. Select the Diagnostics tab for System Audits. Retrieved Audits are always available via the ENGAGE Web Application
