Before you can run an audit report, you must pull the audits from a door.
To pull the audits from the door, you will need to go to the door with the Engage app on your phone, launch the app, click on the name of the door, then press and hold the sync button until you sync successfully.
Then you will be able to run the audits.
You will have to do this for all the doors you want audits from.
