How to delete an RC04 from Pure Access Cloud?

In order for a device to be deleted from the system, it will first need to be deactivated.

Here is how to deactivate them:

Method 1

  1. Navigate to the Access Points screen
  2. From the access point you wish to deactivate, select the to view more actions
  3. Select Deactivate Access Point

Method 2

  1. Navigate to the Access Points screen
  2. From the access point you wish to deactivate, select the to view more actions
  3. Select Edit Access Point
  4. Toggle the Active switch to the off position
  5. Click

Once they have been deactivated, you can then delete the device:

  1. Navigate to the Access Points screen
  2. From the deactivated access point you wish to delete, select the to view more actions
  3. Select Delete Access Point
