How to confirm if a device is online and connected?
To see if a networked reader, such as RC04, IP-Bridge, RC11, RC15, and RCK15 are currently connected to Pure Access Clout or Zentra:
Go to “Access Points”
Find the Access Point in question, and check the “Connected” Column
If “Yes” – Device is connected and should be able to send and receive commands, send updates, and more.
If “No” – Device is not connected to Pure Access or Zentra. Check “Last Connected” column to see when device was last connected.
If “N/A” – Devices is an offline-type device, such as NDE or LE. The “Last Connected” column will only reflect the last time it checked in via wifi, or was synched via the Engage or Zentra Mobile app.
