How to clear Wi-Fi error code 18 on an NDEB that is linked to an Isonas Pure Access Cloud account?

If receiving error code 18 on an NDEB steps to clear:


Deactivate the Device/Access Point in Pure Access Cloud (PAC).
Run “Sync Engage Devices” in PAC.
Delete the Device/Access Point in PAC.
Run “Sync Engage Devices” in PAC again.
Factory Reset the NDEB.
Commission the NDEB back into the Engage linked site (PAC) using the Engage App.

This should clear the error 18. 
If receiving “Wi-Fi failed to turn on” power cycle the NDEB.
