There are 2 ways to change the password. Once on the web portal, the other on the phone app.
On the PC, go to: https://portal.allegionengage.com/signin. Then click on Forgot password
On the phone app, launch the Engage app, then click on Forgot password on the bottom of the screen.
You will then get an link to your email address to change the password.
