How to Change Your Email Address in the Schlage Home App

To change the email address associated with your Schlage Home account, you must delete the current account and sign up with a new email address.

Steps to Delete and Create a New Account:

  1. Open the Schlage Home app.
  2. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
  3. Select "My Account."
  4. Tap "Delete Account."
  5. After deleting your account, create a new account using your new email address. 

Perform a factory reset on the lock to pair it with the new account.
