How can the connection for a Schlage Sense lock be changed from the BR400 to Apple HomeKit?

To change the connection from the BR400 to Apple HomeKit for a Schlage Sense lock, follow these steps:

1. Remove the Lock from the Schlage Home App:

   • Open the Schlage Home app.
   • Tap the menu button in the top left corner.
   • Go to "Manage Locks."
   • Delete the lock by swiping right on the lock or tapping the red circle to the left of the lock name.

2. Factory Default Reset the Lock:

   • Disconnect the batteries. (Refer to instructions on how to replace the batteries if needed.)
   • Press and hold the outside Schlage button.
   • While holding the outside Schlage button, reconnect the batteries.
   • Release the outside Schlage button. If the factory default reset (FDR) is successful, a checkmark will flash three times.

   Note: If you are moving the lock to a new door, install the lock on that door before continuing.

   • To verify the reset, press the outside Schlage button and enter one of the default access codes. If successful, the lock will perform a setup routine. Wait until the bolt stops moving. The reset and setup are complete.

3. Pair the Lock to Apple HomeKit:
