When calling in for technical support have your program sticker on hand, be near the lock you are calling about, and prepared to troubleshoot.
You may need to use a Philips head screw driver and install new batteries to test with the lock.
For mechanical locks please know age and finish of your lock and have pictures of lock availbe to submit for review.
For electronic locks please know age and finish of your lock as well as a clear photo of the locks programming sticker and keypad.
