When common wiring diagrams do not meet the needs of the job requirements, Allegion offers a service to purchase custom wiring diagrams.  All custom wiring diagrams include a point-to-point drawing, a riser diagram, and a detailed theory of operation.

How to Request a Quote for a Custom Wiring Diagram and Additional Details.

• Custom wiring diagrams can only be ordered by and shipped to current Allegion Channel Partners.
• A wiring diagram form is required.
  • For United States, Wiring Diagram Request Forms can be obtained by:
    • Sending an email request to [email protected]
    • Using the online Distributor Portal under: My Support/Orders & Invoicing
    • Using the form located at the end of the Von Duprin Price Book
  • For Canada, Wiring Diagram Request Forms can be obtained by:
    • Sending an email request to [email protected]
    • Using the form located at the end of the Von Duprin Price Book
• For United States, email the completed request form to [email protected]. For Canada, please email the
  completed request form to [email protected].
• Be sure and include the following information to prevent delays to the request:
  • All supporting documentation for non-Allegion products
  • Hardware list with complete part numbers
  • Detailed Theory of operation for all openings
