How does a user get access in Zentra?

If a user was invited, but the invitation expired before the user could accept, the invitation cannot be resent.  However, for a user to gain access, it is a simple correction:

           i.      Have the user visit living.zentra.co or download the Zentra Mobile app.

           ii.      At the login, the user will input the invited email.

           iii.      On the next screen, click “Forgot Password”

           iv.      The user will receive a Password Reset email.  The user will then be able to click on the link on that email and setup a password. 

           v.      Once the password is set, the user can login.
