Audits are retrieved via the Schlage Hand-Held Device (HHD) and the Schlage Utility Software (SUS). Start the SUS program on the HHD and sign in as either an operator or a manager. Connect the USB cable to the HHD. Plug the HHD USB cable into the lock's USB port (located in the bottom of the exterior housing). Make sure the HHD is in USB connection mode (see page 13 of the SUS User Guide for me details). Press the SCHLAGE button twice. The HHD will now be connected to the AD-200 and the Lock's friendly name will be displayed. Double clicking on the friendly name with allow the HHD to pull an audit from the AD-200.
