How do you move a NDE lock to a new account?

To move the NDE lock to another site here are the steps to follow:
 
1)  The original owner MUST delete the lock from their site account to
            release the lock in the ENGAGE™ cloud database
2)  Then the NDE MUST also be Factory Default Reset in order
to be available for commissioning again

 

NOTICE:  If the NDE is just being moved to a new location, and the NDE is staying within the same account/owner/site …

•  There is no need to delete the lock in the account.
•  Just rename it in its new location
