How do you install an L9000 lock less outside escutcheon trim?

"N" Escutcheon trim mounting
 
Although this is NOT recommended, in some instances this may be your only option. You can order 2 each of the L583-133 (N Escutcheon mounting screws for dummy trim). These would be used to surface mount your inside "N" Escutcheon to the door. Then you will need one each L283-150 mounting plate that allows you to install the inside lever. Please see here for L283-150 instructions. 
 
 


"L" Escutcheon trim mounting

Although this is NOT recommended, in some instances this may be your only option. You can order 2 each of the L583-287 (L Escutcheon mounting screws for dummy trim). These will be used to surface mount your inside "L" Escutcheon to the door. Then you will need one each L283-150 mounting plate that allows you to install the inside lever.
